How do I retrieve applications using the Multi View option?

 

The following instructions provide an example of retrieving New RUK Home applications by School, using the Multi View.

 

Click on the View/Process Applications link within the UG Admissions page.

 

This will display the Find applicants retrieval screen.

Key in the following retrieval criteria within the available fields:

School

e.g. School of Geosciences

This is a Dynamic List field that accepts codes & titles.

Only Schools with an SU code prefix should be selected.

Applicant Status

e.g. (A) Applicant

This identifies Live applications.

Fee Status

e.g. (RUK) Home RUK

Identifies England/Wales/N. Ireland fee rate.

This is the University’s fee calculation, rather than the UCAS fee description.

Processing Status

e.g. New

This identifies applications that have not been screened.

Sort Results By

e.g. Date Received

This will list the applications that meet your criteria by the date they were received, to allow you to screen in that order.

 

Click on the  button.

This will display the Applicant Multi View screen:

The Applicant Multi View screen displays the applications that meet your retrieval criteria, in a list.

A total count of all the applications returned is displayed at the top.

The Applicant Multi View screen allows you to view your application by multiple salient details appropriate to screening, scoring and decision making.

 

You can hover your mouse cursor over the column title to display the full title.
